CharleyMane, Charles, I think that most of the questions you present are meant for intellectual stimulation and discussion. The problem is that the "Grenade throwers" don't wait long enough to absorb the information. I know that I have presented ideas that I felt were pretty benign, only to be blasted out of the water. I realize that you don't mind, and probably enjoy the fight, game, etc. I guess it comes with the territory. BTW I see it's raining buckets over your way today. A good day to be a duck. Colleen

Of course today we have a whole new ball game.... Never in the long history of life on this planet has a scenario such as this come to past Everybody breeds..No survival of the fittest,no what's good for the individual is good for the species...The weak and the strong alike live to breeding age [with regards to humans ].The healthy the sick, the brilliant the not so brilliant, the capable the incompetent all are favored by civilization. What will the future hold for us? Where will we be in a million years? No species has ever endured for long with out the adaptations that natural selection has afforded. Can our brains make the difference? I suspect that Bio engineering will be our only salvation. In the final analysis we must evolve or we will perish. pez
