So we are correct in that you are not getting this information firsthand? Although I agree it would be nice to see these details firsthand myself, I have to believe that the market, particularly the couple of individuals who bought blocks of 1 million shares, know the details of the case and don't believe the issue is as serious as you and Lew are making it out to be. Maybe I am wrong, but the market is usually very efficient in digesting publicaly available information. (There is no way, IMO, that the stock would be UP 60% since the suit was filed at the end of August if it was that bad). cheers, riker
