Dave, just a guesstimate on my part, but if Inco produced 190 kt of Ni and purchased 67 kt and delivered 2 kt Co and 333,000 oz PGE, then assume for the moment that:

1) N buys no PGE or Co for contracts
2) PGE and Co content identical at Thompson, Sudbury

Then approx 100 tonnes Ni = 1 tonne Co
100 tonnes Ni =150 oz PGE

So 45,000 tonnes taken out at Thompson for one year would lead to a shortfall of 450 tonnes Co and 67,500 oz PGE or 9 tonnes of Co and 1350 oz PGE per week.

If anybody from USWA (Canada) is reading that's another 40 mil US in addition to the ni revenues per annum or total of about 370 mil US coming out of Thompson.

Maybe I can get a job as an economist with the Steelworkers (or maybe some Leafs tickets)
