Heard today on cnbc that I think correct me if I am wrong but, Gowen and associates said that etrade is the #1 online broker. They asked him about the summer months of weak trading activities and the olb's wouldn't yield strong earnings. He said that is usually the circumstance in the summer months but he replied more and more people are entering the online brokers (3.6 million in the following year according to there survey) and etrade is up at the top by having the most diversification for traders that are long term and daytraders. Etrade having more to offer is leading the way in the olb industry.

i actually did buy BAMB, on the IPO day, at $ 10 exactly, sold them all the next day at $ 24.
it was probably the fastest 140% i made in my life.
i got rid of that piece of overvalued paper as soon as i could.
this market is funny, every day you can see incredible run-ups that, if you have level ii, are even fun to watch.
i watch in amazement how people irrationally chase these worthless pieces of paper as if there was no tomorrow..., teaches you a lot about human nature.
but the real winner after the dust settles is E*Trade, they earn commission on buys and on sales, market up or down, and soon they will earn commission 24 x 7 x 365 ALL OVER THE WORLD..., and if they team up with a "real-world" institution with physical presence in all the major countries, ACCOUNT GROWTH SHOULD ACCELERATE EVEN MORE DRAMATICALLY.
if Cotsakos is able to put all the pieces of the puzzle together, this company has an incredibly bright future.
it's FUN already to have an account and trade through E*Trade, isn't it?
now imagine the same thing 24 x 7 x 365 all over the major world markets, trading in us or foreign stocks, currencies, etc.
can't sleep at night? fire up your laptop, log on to E*Trade, and trade japanese or hong kong stocks via ThePulse.
that's why, to me, EGRP seems cheap at any price, $ 25-30-40-50-60-70 etc.

"You were being sarcastic? Damn SpyTrader, I bought 10k shares of BAMB today at 26."
