But that future choice will have been made by you, an omniscient god would only know before hand that you would make that decision. That's still not free will? If so, there is no free will, because you can't hit a rewind button and decide to do something else instead.

The point is the future course was not decided. This is the salient point. The fact that the future is not preordained does not rule out an omniscient God. A future course can be known without it being predicted or predestined so long as God does not exist at a specific point in space time.
