I asked Sungold Gaming for these court documents: Eaton County Circuit Court PHONE: 1-517-543-7500 Case Number 99201CZ - Judge Kelvin E. Osterhaven. Sungold Gaming Inc. VS United Nation of Chippewa, Ottawa and Pottawatomi Indians of Mich, and a number of others. I am going to get the following: #37 08/18/99 Amended Complaint (Sungold) #39 09/01/99 Defendants answer to amended complaint exhibits 1,2,3,4,5, motion for summary disposition. Defendants brief in support of motion for summary disposition. (The Band) Sungold said they will not release these documents to me, they said I will have to go to court and get them myself. That's fair. When I get them, I will post them here and share them with my fellow Sungold Investors. These are PUBLIC documents.
