Notice this from Anand's editorial: "I will say that after quite a few weeks of toying with the 820 and RDRAM, you will see a nice comparison of technologies on the 27th of September here on AnandTech." He is saying that he can't reveal results before 9/27 because he's under NDA and Intel has embargoed all info until then. So what's up with the "got apex" guy? Did he break the embargo? Anand seems to be saying that he will provide similar results when the embargo is over. I'm really curious about what is going on. Why is Intel giving these guys this ammo to shoot Intel/Rambus down?
