Good job, Uncle, of bringing the focus back to the fundamentals. Such details are easy to forget at times like this.

As an avid lurker to the thread, I've been surprised at the amount of gut-wrenching (even sleep loss?) related the recent pullback. Come on folks, this a growth stock. And the price of admission to growth stock investing is volatility. Unavoidable. You are betting on future expectations and minor announcements will create big swings in stock price.

But if you are investing knowledgeably on strong fundamentals, thanks to Buckley, Frank, Lindy et al, then you already know where this company's stock price will be in a year, two, or five. As difficult as it may be, you need to ignore the short term movements. Rory

I hope you all enjoy this post from elmatador on the Cisco thread:

The Hot Subjects page of SI shows the two top hits:
1) Evolution
2) Gorilla and King Portfolio

I tried to understand and it makes sense:
picture that: Evolution states that we descend from primates, logically the participants are
discussing Evolution and then they go to Gorilla and King Portfolio to get a better ideas for the Evolution Thread.

I'd appreciate your thoughts on this monkey business.
