SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1999--Dynamic Digital Depth, Inc. (ASE:DDE) announces that the initial Registration Statement filed on Aug. 10, 1999, pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 became effective on Oct. 8, 1999.

As a result, the Company will begin filing periodic reports with the SEC, which will increase the amount of information available to investors in the United States regarding the Company.

The Company anticipates filing shortly an amendment to its Registration Statement to respond to SEC comments.
