In the Rodney Dangerfield move of the year, I think the company will revisit the secondary, also. Not having learned from the last mistake, I even expect Merrill to handle the books and Spectrum to announce planned (phantom) rollout of more ebill features. The right move is a line of credit. However, we have learned, too many times, just when things are going great, expect the worst.

Six months from now, with the revenue generated from the portals, there should be no need as revenues will far outstrip expenses. It was always my thoughts that CKFR had a cash based acquisition in mind with the proceeds of this secondary. If that was or remains the case, expect the secondary sooner than not. Always good to see your opinion. It is valued by myself and surely by all who post and read. Take care -- no reason to sell -- not even the traders.
