f...never had any credit card or order mess-ups...buy.com was a bit slow in shipping a book I ordered there once, but other than that buy.com and onsale.com have been incredibly prompt (most stuff ordered standard ground shipping has arrived 2nd-day and one thing even came next-day !!)... Jimbo
