IMHO, this company is vastly undervalued. I'd be amazed if the board approves it. We are talking about a 70million STB market with all the technology that entails and they are in the catbird seat.
What makes them think they need MOT, esp. at these prices?

I realize how little I know about the market when I own both GBLX and GIC and think when there's a merger their stock should increase in value. It's too early to tell with GIC; but, I'm still stinging from GBLX. I remain long on both.
