I'm a bit baffled myself...I understand your points of yesterday that it was a good put buying oppy, as this a.m. seems to confirm, but I have no idea how they calculate options values & spreads...any elucidation by anybody appreciated

orcl 40 september put buyers are behind currently even though stock down 2.75. as i predicted implied volatility of september orcl options has dropped from about 110 to about 55.

i'll explain why put and call implied volatility will be the same when i return from my bike ride.
