Bombardier Inc. Dividends

SEPTEMBER 20, 1999
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--The Board of Directors of Bombardier Inc. has
declared the following dividends: Class A and Class B Shares
A dividend of $0.055 per share on the Class A shares (multiple
voting) and of $0.055 per share on the Class B shares (subordinate
voting) is payable on October 31, 1999 to the shareholders of
record at the close of business on October 15, 1999.
Holders of Class B shares (subordinate voting) of record at the
close of business on October 15, 1999, who have a right to a
priority dividend at the rate of $0.003125 per share per year,
payable by quarterly installments of $0.0007815, will receive the
third installment of $0.0007815 per share on October 31, 1999.
Series 2 Preferred Shares
A quarterly dividend of $0.34375 on the Series 2 Preferred Shares
is payable on October 31, 1999 to the shareholders of record at
the close of business on October 15, 1999.
