John ....AND .... Scooter here is a comment that you both may feel free to use in the future on such happenings ... "Slips don't count" A number of years ago at Louisanna Downs a bud of mine and I were in the SkyBox section of the track .... verrrrrry nice area (Paddy's kind of environment) ... carpet and doormen and guards and two "helpers" in the restrooms, along with couches and upholstered chairs, etc ..... anyway ... Jimmy is standing in line waiting to bet and it is quiet and folks are demure along with being very dressed up ... (not like where we usually were with the hoi poloi in the downstairs area) ... and JB breaks wind LOUDLY ... and I mean one of those kind that RESONATE .... I'm in the line next to him and nearly collapse from inner laughter .... the lady in front of JB whirls around and GLARES at him ... he simply replied in a most refined manner ... "Slips don't count, madam" so feel free to borrow the statement .... LOL
