Now, where did I claim to want to be a hermit? And liberals support the idea of autonomous community, LOL. Liberals in San Francisco proposed legislation to FORCE all homeowners to plant a fruit tree in their yard. Liberals in congress have been trying to restructure America for decades. From forcing public schools to accept students from outside their districts, to passing the Brady law. Federal conservatives are not much better. But their transgressions against personal rights have been less severe. All I want is to have the rights that have been progressively taken from me restored, what is so wrong with that? Or, in the order of the original question; why do you imply that the federal goverment is a better judge of what to teach kids in Kansas, then the Kansas school board?
