Has anyone seen and/or read the by-laws of the Corporate Charter to know the requirements for calling a Special Meeting of Shareholders? TIA

Zeev was taunting a response doing a little jabbing and the fact of the matter is he and Richie admit that they own no stock in this company! Why are they so worried about GPGI then. If you are a stockholder of this company then I would stick behind my investment.After talking repeatedly to people at GPGI which any of you can do they are very excited about progress.
