By law the company's by-laws are on file in the state in which they're incorporated. You can get them from the company or from the state.

Tony:

GPGI never claimed to be fully-reporting. They just are FULLY COMPLIANT, a legally different term which means they must do the required filings with the SEC. Fully reporting is a higher calling, and should not be expected for awhile.

I have not, but I plan on INC, next year.

From what I can make out from my own study of the one I will be using, it will take a % of stockholders to get President to call special meeting.

I can set the % , the way I see it. but have not ran it by the state yet.

its only a guess,

there are a lot sharper ones here on thread, so maybe this is the place to start. % of stock. just a guess.

it will be on file with the state, that's for sure, INC.
