valuehunter, No need to get angry, and no need to stop posting, just move the dialog forward. One of the advantages of these boards is that you only need to make your point once. Then it's out there. You are receiving answers and responding to them all with the same message. (Essentially ignoring the facts in them.) Examine your premises. Be real: do you think, anyone in management is going to pay attention to what you have to say? I am not saying that they don't read the boards, I am saying that you are not building up credability here, but your point rests on the premise that management should listen to you because you know better than they do.
