I just checked out some pills that really helped our dog but they're not for cats.
Lots of medications have the opposite effect on cats as they do other animals.<<

I almost gave Milo some liquid Baby Tylenol when it first happened thinking it would help alleviate some of the pain, but decided I better not.....Good thing, my vet told me that you can kill a cat giving it aspirin, tylenol or ibuprofen. Apparently it can do some major damage to their liver. Can you imagine how a person would feel killing their pet while trying to help them?:-/

I'm learning more about this than I ever thought I would want to know<g>
