Behind the veil of not reporting we cannot really know to what extent the assets of the older (about to be defunct at that time) Greenway Capital was being packaged into a new entity. Nor can we tell whether the guys from Greenway Capital were pulling the strings or whether say someone like Castle was setting up the deal. Perhaps these are the real reasons to evade reporting financials to the SEC. (Where, oh where is that Form 10-SB?) Since it looks like these companies have not made much money over the last couple of years, one has to wonder where the likes of John Schmitz and Charlie Vaccaro came up with the money to a)purchase Gold Country, b)set up the whole PanAm thing, c)open offices, d)pay for things like that $50,000 to rent the NHLT marketing rights for a month, and e)pay for that beer tent revival in Belize for those 2 homes.
