So what role do you think Celestina Antoinette Pugliese may have played here? Interesting don't you think that both she and Faustino (Frank to you, but not to the NASDR) worked at Stratton Oakmont which was one of those companies mentioned in the Business Week article on the Mob on Wall Street? What skills did they both bring to well connected only in good ways Castle Securities and then Gold Country? What an amazing coincidence that Faustino worked an acquisition deal with PABN/PRWT/I-T and the terms are wholly undisclosed, but the shares outstanding are up a whopping 600 million from last year. Just who gets all these shares? What value does PABN/PRWT have to show for this massive dilution?
