Where I stand;

On Capital Punishment: I'm for it, I think we should have public executions for violent crimes. Televise the act, televise the trial, let the public vote guilty or not by computer.

(1) An acquittal by simple majority releases the defendant,

(2)acquittal by over 75% would require a public apology by the prosecution, and

(3) 95% or more for acquittal would provide compensation by the state to the defendant and employment termination of the prosecution group.

On the other hand: (1)a guilty verdict between 51% and 75% and the presiding magistrate sentences by the book,

(2)over 75% guilty and the defendant is allowed to choose his method of execution,

(3) over 95% guilty and the defendant should be executed on national television by the same method of violence with which the victim was killed.

more to come (but not tonight)
If this stirs ya' up, respond, otherwise, ignore. I'll eventually hit your hot buttons with Where I Stand on other subjects.
