I'll just have to get over it I guess. lol Seriously for a second... in the old days when someone got hanged or shot the only way to witness a public execution was to be Right There. Sight, sound, smell. (They don't diaper them y'know.) I worry that if some media mogul had the crashingly bad taste to televise a <string of family-disapproved language> public execution ... it would be TV. Dissociated, antiseptic ... packaged. And people wonder why <bad word> like Columbine happens. Sometimes building a less violent society (without resorting to <vulgar agricultural term> social agendas like gun control) requires restraint by our asshole politicians and their gaping-asshole media ringmasters. Up to us to vote those guys into submission. And I'm not a liberal; imagine taht.
