Thanks , Diana, for the reply. Apparently GIC mgmt. believes GIC stockholders are better off with .57 shares of MOT than a full share of GIC. Does not display much faith in their company. Maybe SFA is causing them fits in the business? I don't know the date when the exchange price will be set. Does anyone out there know? At this moment MOT is up and exchange is $50.37 per GIC share, slightly less than worth at announcement of purchase.
Anyone out there have details on buy-out? TIA for any info. K
