Canasia Industries Corporation - Canasia declared inactive Canasia Industries Corporation CAJ Shares issued 11,184,695 1999-05-12 close $0.03 Thursday May 13 1999 Pursuant to Policy 11, the company is deemed to be inactive as of May 14, 1999. The company is expected to begin its reorganization by Aug. 12, 1999. The company is required to achieve listing maintenance requirements by May 15, 2000. +++++++ A definite candidate for a near term woody alert. Need to do more DD though. From the chart it sure looks like they have a material change . . . they should get it together and put out a press release. The sharp reversal recently is hard to miss . . . a definite canadidate for some illegal insider trading as well. I wonder how our one guy from the SEC covering Vancouver is doing.
