I think one explanation is the lack of underpinning contracts/partnerships/agreements with big name companies. For example, if WorldCom, Ma Bell, or ??? was in tight with FCM/FNET, I don't think it would be a problem to IPO and achieve the same results as NTOP (IMHO).

Put me on record as saying that FNet will achieve the necessary run rate in less than 3 quarters.
