**************Here's one of the main "capture points".****************

Phone to Phone Voice Communications over the Internet by using existing Franklin technology (FTEL) to build an advanced "Voice Server" which will enable subscribers to place phone calls and send/receive fax's using standard telephones or fax machines. Utilizing the Internet in this way, will save long distance charges and the technology of this voice communication *System* will eliminate the clarity problems with current voice communication systems. The quality of the voice transmission will equal that which is currently available from traditional telephone companies.

This SI thread is for the upcoming IPO of "FNET" which (is intended to open)to the public sometime durng the summer months of "97".

It is "OUR" intent to use the symbols FTEL (parent company) of FNET to the fullest in complimentary remarks & facts about both.

*************These are two seperate companies that require alot of "Due Diligence" (the attention and care legally expected or required of a person) and that is what FNET THREAD will try to do**************

******Discussion is on FNET which will compliment FTEL*********
**********After the IPO, this company will not be here****************
*************Thanks for the Vision Mr. Frank Peters*******************
