OT to OT
i am having exasperating problem with memory resources management while on the internet(system, user @ gdi resource). just did the hardware stuff, ie, upgraded to 160 meg RAM, and installed a new 16 MEG grphics card. this was suggested by my box maker. (micron). however, i'm still running out of resources after being on line for only a few hours and with only 5 or 6 windows open. (sometimes less....s#*@t).
does anyone know if there is a software utility that truly manages system resources (cause scumsoft damn well dosen't) on a win 98 system? HELP!
ps. i have noticed that my hard drive is losing about 30 meg or so of space after each session. a lot of this is temp files that are created during a session but isn't that posed to be freed-up after close? i recently seen my c drive go from approx 540 meg of free space to less than 200 meg in a very short time. help!
