Kash, this is what electromigration does. It damages the metal lines. You can't possibly be this technically illiterate....or can you?

The key is to put one of those little umbrellas you get with rum drinks on the CPU. It works best if you stick the umbrella on with heat sink compound. That protects against the "electron wind".
