I don't think so, I think you can exercise until 5:30.....but I cannot recall.

I only remember that the options technically expire on Saturday because it was on the SEC tests I took years ago......but why they expire on Saturday is outside the scope of my memory.

Probably the O.C.C. needs the extra time to sort all that stuff out. I recall when IBM took over Lotus there was some funny stuff that happened between Friday's Close and Saturday. People were exercising OTM options.

Real Funky, considering the news came out well after the Close .... perhaps not even until Saturday itself.
