Jane, here is a link for you to view the financial statement that were filed with the SEC on June 21st. I could not get this info by searching the freeedgar site. But as I understand it, once all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed you will be able to. However, this is how Mr. Glenn Zagoren put it. As for our Form 10. According to our legal team we are technically a reporting company since June 21 when we first submitted our papers to the SEC. They have been posted on EDGAR. Currently, we are addressing some questions the SEC had on the Form 10 and we will submit a Amended Form 10 with the changes. Once that is approved by the SEC we will be fully reporting. As of now we will file all forms and statements as required by the SEC. For your information, here is what has been so hard to find on the freeedgar site. freeedgar.com.
