I like your second post better Lee <vbg>

I had resigned myself to selling those shares, and had gone on with my plans to wait and see how it traded and possibly buy it back later in the day at the same price or close. I actually spent the cash on other stocks. After all, I had overslept this morning (of all mornings!!) or I would have adjusted that stop first thing since I was there to watch. I was relieved to see gnet's price and thought my shares were safe, saw the low and said WHEW - that was close!! I went into my brokerage acct to adjust the stop and saw it had been executed. So then I checked sites all over for the low and got more annoyed by the minute.

I did not here back from them today, and I know they were working with a skeleton staff in NC. So I've e-mailed them and will be following up until they settle it. I have the SEC complaint site bookmarked in case they give me a hard time <g> Also have printed out all the onscreen documents, including printouts of the low above my stop. This was a small loss, a few hundred bucks, but imagine if someone had thousands of shares...
