How did you come up with $.30 per share? Is that revenue or net income?

You still have to consider that the reverse merger may act just like a reverse split and within about a week the stock price could drop as much as 50%.

If MVEE reaches $1 before the reverse merger is approved, will the shareholders accept a 12 for 1 reverse merger?
