Before I upgrade my PC I need to know if most motherboards have 32bit or 64bit PCI busses.

I suspect most motherboards have a 32 bit PCI bus. I say this because I have an ASUS P2B and it has a 32 bit PCI bus. It uses the popular Intel 440BX chip set and therefore any motherboard using Intel's 440BX chip set will also have a 32 bit PCI bus.
