Well, let's see here. We seem to have two different stories here.

First there is Kristi's report:
There are only two traders in the Boca office.
The latest manager of the Boca office just quit.
Apparently... because their PAYROLL checks BOUNCED numerous times!!!

But here excerpted from the last MTM (the one where there was any question and answer) are answers that would paint quite a different picture:
[14:19] [Charles_Vaccaro]: There are 32 stations in Garden City, 20 in Boca Raton, with expansion capability to 34
[14:20] [Charles_Vaccaro]: This depends on the success of our franchise operation
[14:28] [jrmagco]: How many peole using I.T. on average every day?
Answer: Both the Garden City, NY and the Boca Raton, FL offices average 20 traders per day.
[14:29] [waikikian]: Does IT plan on opening more offices directly, or will the rest be franchised?
Answer: Insider Trading plans to expand with both company owned day trading offices and franchise locations.
[14:31] [seefus]: How do I convince the naysayers that IT has a future?
[14:37] [Charles_Vaccaro]: They are welcome to visit any of our current locations
[14:44] [Fred]: Why should an investor trade at of the two established offices when trades can be made at home over the computer?
Answer: An investor might want to trade at one of the established day trading offices instead of online to experience the dynamic energy and group camaraderie of the trading floor.

I am just imagining the camaraderie that develops with two traders trading in one of these store front trading rooms.

And speaking of visiting one of these trading rooms, ever walk in a restaurant where no one is eating at the eight of the meal hour and hesitate to sit down?

Who is going to want to be a franchisee of this kind of operation do you suppose? I would say the pressure is off getting that Universal Franchise Offering Circular done.
