I think Michael Armstrong is a riverboat gambler. ATT still championing TDMA and tries to resurrect outdates technology it with BT. ATT got the TDMA way back from McCaw Cellular, when it pooh pooh CDMA technology. At the surface, Armstrong is a genius with that cable investment, but he acts more and more like having a daytrader mentality. Seems that China is holding the card. Should she goes full steam on CDMA, then other the technologies are toast. China with CDMA and neighboring countries like Korea and Japan. I like those royalties and ASIC better and better.
