MC Informatics delisted by Nasdaq.

This article was printed in the Orange County Business Journal dated 6-21-99. Sorry, but I
can only print brief summary. If someone else has access to whole story, please help. Does
this have anything to do with todays filing for PCES? I sure don't know.
