More to the MC Informatics Story:

More on MC Informatics Nasdaq delisting:

MC INFORMATICS, INC. REPORTS TEMPORARY
DELISTING FROM NASDAQ -

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, June 10, 1999; Irvine, California

Contact: Jeffrey Pollard, Chief Financial Officer, (949) 261-7100

MC Informatics, Inc. (MCIF) has been delisted from the NASDAQ Small
Capitalization Market. The delisting is a result of a ruling by the NASDAQ
listing panel that the merger of HealthDesk Corp. and MC Informatics
constituted a reverse merger in the opinion of NASDAQ. As a result of
the ruling the Company will have to comply with the initial listing
requirements of NASDAQ prior to its shares being traded on the NASDAQ
stock exchange. The Company currently does not meet these
requirements. The Company disagrees with the findings of the panel,
which met on March 18, 1999, and rendered their opinion effective June
9, 1999.

The Company plans on filing an appeal. In the interim MCIF is seeking
alternatives to comply with NASDAQ's listing requirements.

Also, the Company has secured a $1.7 million line of credit from Silicon
Valley Bank to finance the Company's growth. The Company remains
optimistic about its business prospects.

LISTING REQUIREMENTS."
