Rights: thanks Claude for your quick reply. Your answers bring forth three more questions.... 1) Is there a brokerage fee for selling the rights? 2) Why would I buy the shares by exercising the rights when I can get them for .11 cheaper on the market? 3) The share price will be devalued by this offering. Has the market already priced this into the current stock price, or are we to see an additional drop on expiration day. (apologies for being clueless about this stuff)
