And since even one share of Qualcomm is an appreciable investment

-------------------------------------------
Paints a rather sad picture of the financial status of anyone who would find one share of qcom an appreciable investment. Maybe he really meant BRKa which closed at $61,900 per share. That would be a much more pleasant picture. FWIW: At one time, the computer and or form used by a major discount broker located in SF could not handle a stock price higher than $9,999.99. If you had this stock in one of their accounts, they would divide the price by 10, multiply the number of shares by 10 and let the customer figure it out.
