S&P: The question was asked by one of the investors attending the show. The response by Eland Jennings was "Yes" and the amount of "$34 million" was in the response.
It was also said that they did not think this will affect the other JV partners. The comment surprised me also. I did not think it was appropriate to answer that question.

Now, ain't that the truth !!

It is one thing for EJ to have acknowledged a "...POSSIBILITY of ELK being sued". That has long been recognized by almost everyone, and it obviously was by the party that posed the question to EJ !!

It is amazing how suddenly such an acknowledgement seems to have irresponsibly become "....Elk is(will)be getting sued". MOO.
