THE MINITURE DACHSHOUND

The bark was incessant.
The commotion was barely audible to the ear.
"Shutup" hollered the master in the middle of the night.
But the barking continued.
Finally the master got up and turned on the outside light.
And there it was, plain for all to see.

TOM'S NOSE RING

Carefully.
Tenderly.
Tastefully Tom attached the ring to his nose.
It sparkled.
Glistened.
Immediately caught the eye.
Then it happened.
A bullet out of nowhere, coming from the side clipped the ring, sending it flying into an array of dazzling beauty.
Tom gazed.
Contemplated.
And made his way to the jeweler to buy an even more brilliant ring.
