Yes Effendi, I meant the Middle East. You deciphered me right. Anyway thanks for your previous post re: deep water. I wouldn't touch any thing in Russia or it's neighbors. Maybe when they get a banking system. I leave Russia to the Russians and PKD. Those boys got b@lls of solid rock. How about FGI being one good story away from 15? Stranger things have happened. If FGI gets beat down to 5 I'll quadruple down. <g> Say got any links to pictures and info on those Caspian Sea works. FGI's engineers could probably tell us if they'll work.
