hey rob---saw 6th sense when it first came out. the kid should get an oscar for his performance!!!

btw, has anyone out there had any experience with DRIPS. i read an article in todays LA rag talking about some investment stuff and it led me to the http:// www.dripinvestor.com home page.

i already do some DRIPS with my parent company, MAS, so understand the concept. but, in checking out the site, i was amazed at how many companies offer DRIP programs and wondered if anyone had experimented AIMing through a DRIP with NO commission fees. if you did, how do you sell DRIP shares? through a broker i would imagine. if you took it a step further could you DRIP into an IRA for no commissions and no capital gains and have AIM manage it for you?

i understand the underlying premise for DRIPS are buy and hold but it's hard to look at any investment and not wonder if their might be an edge somewhere. guess that comes from AIMing and listening to all the great advice on this link.

anyway, i's be interested to hear anyone's comments.

Hi Rob,

Not knowing which side of AIM to enjoy more reminds me of the AIM investor that had been wondering in the wilderness for years. This person came upon a fast moving river and saw yet another AIM investor on the far shore.

The first AIMer yelled, "How does one get to the other side?!!??"

The second AIMer yelled back, "You're already there!!!"

See, it's all just a matter of perception!!

Best regards, Tom
PS: My two cents - I agree, "6th Sense" was lots of fun. Saw it with my daughters this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe Willis's best and certainly one of the better written stories in a while.
