WOW Joanie! Glad your safe-N-sound. I checked out the weather 'Emergency' links for your general area and figured you probably had downed lines. You were Kayak ready, amazing. Of coarse, you always ready for anything! Been working on my next set of Picks the last few days, down to 23 from 44 and leanin toward Semi's more. After watching this morning's blast-off, seem's to be a pull that way there to. I bought VTSS, RMBS, PMCS and SNPS in early May. They have survived the summer well. Sure hope we don't get some silly crash now! Well I been up all night here researchin, was off to bed long ago I thought, next thing I know I'm watching the Open... Must sleep now for sure, 5AM and still dark here... Happy Tradin, Puna

Hi Joanie and All~ Thanks for sharing the situation where you are....I'm still trying to get friends who live in NC but can't get them yet....scary....! And interesting about NEXTEL (NXTL)....I do have some of that.... and it is going up nicely...I'd post your comments on the NXTL thread, but don't want to 'pump'.... Also re stocks....either Money or Business Week mag this week had a little article about Apex PC Solutions as a stock to watch...(APEX).... I did some research...we'll see....they too are out of the Seattle area (Redmond)... Also, Money also had a little blurb about bubble wrap...with as many companies getting into the net and shipping with this maaterial it might be worth checking out....I did...see SEE ...Sealed Air Corp... I've put both of these on my Watch List, and all the ones you've all found also.... 909's to ALL! KLP

Joanie! I'm real glad you're safe and dry! Thanks for the response to our inquiries. I see you had the kayak ready, and I would bet you had the wetsuit on the kitty. I've never been in a flood, and hope I never am. That's got to be one of the scariest things! Anyway, this is a rare morning appearance for me, and now I've got to go. Dr. Lojiks has me doing the cross-trainer at the gym, and it's that time. I'll write more later...just happy to hear you're doing ok. 909 Palz, -Joe
