Felix,

Gateway sent a clear message to the market today with their announcement. Hew Packard did the same. Note
they refer to
"stability" of their product using Intel. This is all about
Intel quality, reliability, performance. Do any AMD people
want to question why major computer manuf. make these announcements ?

While not an "AMD people", I'll still ask a question. Did HP mean stability as in stable company with a reliable flow of good products, or stability as in Intel's chips operate in a stable fashion? Probably the former, right?

Tony

Felix, <Note they refer to "stability" of their product using Intel. This is all about Intel quality, reliability, performance.>

Interesting how do you manage to intertwine
"performance" into your list of "stable"
features. Last time I checked, Athlon
wins in every benchmark so far. What is simple and
clear here that if you cannot use "performance",
use "stability" instead.
