Agreed, based on what I saw yesterday with the average ask size being larger than the bid. My first thoughts were of a cap variety. Even so, this isn't hard to accomplish when the stock waddles around to the tune of less than 50 trades and ~50K shares.

Basically it appears everyone is waiting for VLNC to "bust a move". ;-) And so am I.
