I think you have the time line correct. Although no one has come forward who really knows the FDA rules on this, your conclusion that the 60 day clock starts again seems correct to me. After all, the technical action by the FDA was "refusal to file" or something like that. So it seems the same as if CLTR hadn't tried to file at all. Which implies that the refiling will be procedurally the same as a new filing, which means another 60 days.

So it seems like we could have word that CLTR has filed before Nov expiration, but can hardly expect any word from FDA. FDA could be nice and not use the full 60 days, but that would seem out of character.

Earlier today, I couldn't get cboe.com to talk to me, so checked Dreyfus, DLJ, and AskResearch. None of the latter show Nov. CLTR calls. Just Oct, Jan, and Apr. Can anyone tell me why this is?

I suppose I could ask the brokerages, but I prefer a reliable source. <g>.
