I've been using a yahoo address for a while and I'm pretty disappointed with the reliability of Yahoo Email. A down period once a month or so would be understandable, but I'm getting blocked out at least once a week with "temporarily unavailable" messages. It usually comes back in an hour or two. I think this shows how close to the bleeding edge Yahoo and and the whole internet server based model is. At the same time it shows what a remarkable achievement it is for CheckFree to be talking in terms of dial-tone quality within the domain where they have control of the process and infrastructure. I'm reminded of the old MacIntosh adage "Easy is Hard". If they can get through the next couple of years of radical change without CheckFree losing focus or their technological edge we'll be dancing in the streets.

<Been getting this message all day trying to sign up for Yahoo! bill pay..Yahoo! Security Key Sign Up.....Database temporarily unavailable, please try again....> I had this same problem. To get a security key, the information you provid must be completely consistent with your original registration info (ie: e-mail address, DOB, etc). My email has changed. I re-registered to Yahoo under a new username, was able to get a security key, and successfully sign up for Bill Pay.
